Nico Consultancy was established with a mission to make buildings more responsive to the needs of the occupiers, and over time, this mission has grown in importance as buildings are one of the major contributors to global warming.
Today, with the advent of global warming, pandemics and other challenges, we are even more passionate about making buildings not just environmentally friendly and energy efficient but also great places to work that put the well-being of people as the focus.

Wikipedia defines Retrofitting “as the addition of new technology or features to older systems” it sounds simple doesn’t it, but in the past it was anything but simple.
