This is a showcase green and carbon-neutral 165,960 sq ft site in the up-and-coming Battersea area of London with Office and retail space.
NICO was engaged by TClarke to provide a full IT asset and smart building enabled solution for the customer to ensure that all of the devices deployed worked correctly and that the data was within the expected parameters.
Scope of Works:
- MSI light services and full asset management solution
- Building operating service (BOS) including point data analysis, ontology and data validation
- Cable management
- 100% visibility of devices, their point data and escalation when things are out of band (outside of agreed parameters)
- Plan, Commission and Monitor services
- Building operation services for all protocols and services
- Asset, Connect and device discovery services
- Working closely with client technical teams to meet security standards and to ensure that data sent to the hosted appliance was fully encrypted
