TClarke PLC are a leading provider of building mechanical, electrical and digital infrastructure. Nico was engaged to install the Smart building solutions into three of their offices as part of their energy, environmental and occupancy management solution.
The products are now live in the London Gherkin Headquarters, Stanstead (engineering centre) and Derby. The NICO suite is used for environmental and energy monitoring at their offices and factory floors.
Scope of Works:
- Deployment of the user and analytics dashboards, including:
- • Carbon footprint monitoring and trending
- • Circuit level Energy management and diagnostics
- • Environmental and Wellbeing management and diagnostics
- • Leak detection and monitoring
- • Occupancy management and trending
- • Plus, travel, news and weather live updates
- Deployment of the Platform and Building Operation Services (BOS) providing MSI and deployment services.
- • Deployment of LoRaWAN gateways and Sensors, plus energy and occupancy sensors
- • 100% visibility of devices, their point data and escalation when things are out of band (outside of agreed parameters)
- • Plan, Commission and Monitor services
- • Building operation services for all protocols and services
- • Asset, Connect and device discovery services
- • Working closely with client technical teams to meet security standards
